Quionna Allen is the founder and CEO of Caldwell Allen Consulting, an HR Consulting firm that helps organizations attract, retain, and develop their people. Quionna has extensive corporate HR experience, and has worked in multiple industries including information technology, life sciences, medical diagnostics, insurance, and engineering. She has a passion for professional and personal development.
